There are many claims that Franklin Financial Group, as well as Truman Foreclosure (supposedly the same company) are being investigated for dishonest practices. The company has many names as well as websites, and locations found here. With the biggest financial decision on your hands, these companies can waste your valuable time, which you don't have. What does a customer do to ensure a company will follow through with something as important as this? I would suggest before deciding on a company, double check the Internet for any complaints. These companies were not listed on the Better Business Bureau, but doing a general search under "truman foreclosure complaints" there was dozens of pages full of complaints.
